The estimator was prepared with a written estimate and answered all my question. Being new to solar panels, I had a lot. He was not high pressure. After signing papers for the panel installation I was assigned a project coordinator who walked me through every step from permitting to installation. The actual installation was one day. The crew was professional, answered my question and cleaned up thoroughly. I was given a time frame for inspection and meter replacement and they were spot on. I was given heads up that the power company would be emailing me and what to expect. Very professional. I would recommend Infinity Solar for anyone considering solar panels.

Infinity Solar did a great job of assessing my residence for the most efficient solar panel installation. Tyler (salesperson) provided us the initial data to help setup the optimal number of panels in the best orientation, taking into consideration our monthly electricity use. The price was reasonable, and included several state/federal rebates. Andrea, the prduct manager, helped answer all our questions during the process. The installers were very professional and were able to complete the panel installations on our roof easily.

Wow just wow!! These guys were so amazing. Everyone from the sales department, solar coordinator, and monitoring department all amazing. As well as the installation crew! Infinity solar was on top of it all. They walked me through the entire process with great communication every step of the way. I couldn't be happier. I have looked at having Solar panels installed in the past but because I have a metal shake roof no installer would touch it. Infinity said they could and researched how to do it. They found a way but it would have required $5700 of extra work on the roof to accomplish. They keep researching and found a new mounting brackets that did not require attaching to the rafters. I fact they found this bracket easier to use for all installations. Now I pay only about $13 a month, line maintenance fee, for all my electrical power. I also am expecting a big federal tax rebate this year for installing solar. As long as your a getting enough sun exposure on your roof, I see no reason for anyone to not to install Solar panels.Infinity Rocks!

Infinity Solar installed a system at my home. The contract was signed in February and I was up and running in April. This included the time for the city's and electric company's permits and testing. My current electric bill has dropped to $15 a month. I also purchased an electric fireplace. My gas furnace does not come on when the fireplace is running. I can keep the living area in my home warm in the winter, and cool in the summer with the A/C power coming from the solar panels.
This was a positive experience working with Infinity Solar.

I was just want to change the roof, and Infinity Solar showed me that solar system with new roof were more cost-effective. I'm glad I made the decision. The contract was signed at the end of April, the government approval took quite a while, we completed the roof and solar installation in August, and officially started solar power generation on August 18. The electricity generation in August and September is very good, and the accumulated electricity makes me only pay 11-13$for electricity (service fee) from August to November. Unfortunately, the electricity generation in autumn and winter decreases greatly with the sunshine time and rainy season. I believe that next year's electricity generation through the summer should cover the winter expenditure. Very satisfied.

Even during my first meeting with our Infinity Solar USA representative, it did not take long for us to determine that installing solar was right for us. It would mean that our power bill would be completely covered by solar during the winter months and would be cut in half in the summer. Nathan, our Infinity rep, was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He was patient with all my questions -- he knew his stuff, and if there was any information he didn't have on hand, he promptly got back to me with answers. Also, I never felt high pressure to sign a contract; everything felt so casual and easy and it all made so much sense for us to get the solar system provided by Infinity.

We got solar at the end of 2022. From day 1 to all the way to the end of the project, everyone demonstrated commitment & professionalism. It has been a great company to work with. Thank you!

Completely turnkey process, from paperwork to installation and follow-up. Professional and responsive staff, including office and onsite personnel. Wired the system through interior walls, no external conduit, so very clean and elegant installation. Interior wall repairs after running the wires were excellent. System is performing as predicted. Haven't had an electricity usage charge since it was installed. Very pleased with the system and Infinity Solar. Would recommend them to anyone considering residential solar power system.

Infinity Solar spent a lot of time answering my questions and explained how the solar system works, it's benefits and tax credits. I ended up choosing these solar panels since they are made with durability in mind and come with long warranties so I do not have to worry about them not working in the future and also because they are made here in the USA, so there was less environmental impact for shipping over seas. The paperwork with the city probably takes the longest time but Infinity takes care of all of it. The install was a super quick process and I got my whole system set up in one day and they even painted the conduit to match my house color for our HOA requirements since I had leftover paint. It's a 4.44kW system and looks beautiful!

These guys were great! Their process is easy - they pulled up our house on their computers and very accurately determined what the most cost effective set up would be. We live in a neighborhood with a lot of tall trees, so our particular set up offsets 1/2 of our electricity - getting enough solar panels to cover 100% of our electricity just wouldn't have been reasonable in our specific location. They were very easy to work with on financing and installed the panels quickly. Our only issue was with our local power company - they were losing paperwork, forgetting to send paperwork... Our local power company made it take several months to get our solar panels actually turned on and working, despite Infinity Solar's best efforts at getting them to cooperate with us - our power company is unorganized and uncommunicative.

Working with Infinity Solar USA was a positive experience from beginning to end. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process from the beginning to the end. Everything went smoothly, and in a timely manner all the way through to all of the different inspections it had to be done by the different entities. They even save me more than half of the cost of the project with special incentives for low income. I highly recommend infinity solar, USA.

Infinity Solar has been great to work with in getting solar panels set up on our house. They took care of almost everything. We weren't expecting to be able to get solar, but it's been a good financial decision. Now we can generate our own environmentally-friendly electricity!

With some other contractors in the past we were a bit disappointed but my experience with Infinity Solar USA has been amazing! They are so helpful at all phases of the installation and start up of our solar panels! I was amazed at how available Tyler and MaryGrace were to the end. They walked us through the whole process and when we didn't understand something, they had the patience to make us understand. Another name to add is Andrea. What a wonderful company that hires quality people at all levels!! The electrician was also so efficient! P

Overall 9/10 experience. My solar installation was bundled with the new roof installation. Thanks to all tax credits and rebates the solar+roof cost was almost the price of the roof alone from other companies. Solar installation went smoothly with nearly no efforts from my side. The only unfortunate downside is that the newly installed roof lost several rooftop shingles after a nasty winter rainstorm. However once I reported this, it was fixed in 3 or 4 days. My system has been running for 2 months so far.

The electricians and installers were top notch in this job. They even alerted us to a potential fire hazard when there was a sawdust accumulation in our electrical panel. Very profesional and pleasant. Cleaned up and the solar panels look great
